(идиоплазма) , понятие, введенное а. вейсманом (1892) для обозначения гипотетического вещества - носителя наследственности, заключенного в половых клетках и передающегося через них из поколения в поколение. концепция зародышевой плазмы, отрицавшая наследование приобретенных свойств и признаков, предвосхитила ряд положений современной хромосомной теории наследственности.
