- Technology which can be the subject-matter of licensingcovers all forms of industrial enterprise. it embraces industrial propertywhich may be protected by patents, trade marks, etc. as well as technologywhich cannot be patented. industrial enterprises frequently exploit theirtechnology by transferring it to licensing companies in tax havens so thatroyalties and other sums may be received by the licensing company fromrelated companies or third parties thus reducing the total tax burden. theanti-avoidance provisions of most developed countries have limited the useof tax havens for this purpose.

- 1) процедура, включающая в себя проведение экспертизы, принятия решения, оформления и выдачи образовательному учреждению разрешения — лицензии — на право ведения образовательной деятельности по направлениям (специальностям) и уровням высшего и послевузовского и по программам соответствующего дополнительного образования; 2) процедура, включающая проведение экспертизы, принятие решения и выдачу учреждению профессионального образования лицензии на право ведения образовательной деятельности по зафиксированным в лицензии направлениям (специальностям), уровням профессионального образования, а также дополнительного образования взрослых. предметом содержания экспертизы является установление соответствия условий осуществления образовательного процесса, предлагаемых учреждением профессионального образования, государственным и местным требованиям в части строительных норм и правил, санитарных и гигиенических норм, охраны здоровья обучающихся и работников, оборудования учебных помещений, обеспеченности учебного процесса (материальнотехнической и финансовой), образовательного ценза педагогических работников и укомплектованности штатов. решение о выдаче лицензии принимается соответствующим органом управления образованием, осуществляющим лицензирование, и оформляется его распорядительным документом на основании заключения экспертной комиссии. для каждого направления (специальности), уровня подготовки или программы дополнительного образования срок действия лицензии указывается отдельно. лицензия может быть изъята у учреждения органом, выдавшим лицензию, в случае нарушения требований и контрольных нормативов, содержащихся в лицензии.
