  1. Коллоидная клееобразная глина, образовавшаяся в результате разложения вулканической золы, состоящая в основном из минералов монтморилонитовой группы. используется как связующее в песчаных литейных формах и при производстве огнеупоров.

  2. Пористая глина, получаемая из вулканического пепла. используется в составе масок для лица для устранения избытка кожного сала.
