  1. Statement of condition of the vessel (valid certificates, fully equipped and manned etc.)

  2. The sufficiency of a vessel in materials construction, equipment, crew and outfit for the trade in which it is employed. any sort of disrepair to the vessel by which the cargo may suffer -- overloading, untrained officers, etc., may constitute a vessel unseaworthy.

Cetaceans, английский
    Mammals that evolved from terrestrial habitats to become fully adapted to aquatic life, living, breeding, resting, and carrying out all other functions in the water. they are nearly hairless, but insulated by a thick layer of blubber. the order contains upwards of ninety species, and is divided into one extinct and two extant suborders. archaeoceti (ancient whales) are believed to be extinct, but if there are survivors it is possible they could be mistaken for sea serpents (see appendix). the extant sub-orders, both thought to be descendants of archaeocetes, are mysticeti (baleen whales) and odontoceti (toothed whales). the latter includes beaked whales, dolphins, and porpoises. all are noted for their high intelligence.
