For a program which is not a live broadcast, all the footage would be shot with the talent on a set constructed for the purpose or in remote locations. after the shooting, the post-production begins. the tape is electronically edited on video editing equipment. music and graphics might be added. when the editing is finished, the program is complete. it then might be sold as a training video, situation comedy, drama, etc. most commercial productions are produced this way, even though it might appear to be a live broadcast.
