Глоссарий терминов трудового права |
If a person has a criminal conviction it means that he or she has been found guilty of some type of crime. most employment contracts give the employer the right to terminate the contract of any employee who acquires a criminal conviction during the course of his or her employment. the usual exception to this right is when an employee receives a conviction for a very minor crime, such as a road traffic violation.
