    2. Критический элемент

    3. Критический элемент; "узкое место" в системе; критический параметр

    4. A point at which the performance or capacity of an entire system or network can be significantly influenced. formally, a bottleneck lies on a network or system’s critical path and provides the lowest throughput.

    5. A location on the network where the number of train movements is close to, or projected to exceed the capacity of that location (same as pinch point)

    Bottleneck facility, английский
    1. A point on the electric system, such as a transmission line, through which all electricity must pass to get to its intended buyers. if there is limited capacity at this point, some priorities must be developed to decide whose power gets through. it also must be decided if the owner of the bottleneck may, or must, build additional facilities to relieve the constraint.

    2. A point on a network (such as a power system) through which all service products (like electricity) must pass to reach the ultimate buyers. when there is limited capacity at this point, decisions are necessary to prioritize deliveries (allocate capacity) and determine whether to build additional facilities to relieve the constraint.
