Discontance de l’information источник информации об объекте прогнозирования, содержащий экспертные оценки. совокупность данных об объекте прогнозирования, организованных в систему в соответствии с целью и методами прогнозирования. степень обеспеченности задач прогноза достоверной исходной информацией. количество информации об объекте прогнозирования, содержащейся в значениях переменной с точки зрения задачи прогноза. примечание. под количеством информации понимается мера уменьшения неопределенности ситуации, вследствие того что становится известным исход другой ситуации. уменьшение информативности ретроспективных значений переменных объекта прогнозирования по мере удаления моментов их измерения в прошлое.
