- (лат . descriptor - описывающий), лексическая единица (слово, словосочетание) информационно-поискового языка, выражающая основное смысловое содержание какого-либо текста. используется при информационном поиске документов в информационно-поисковых системах.
- Описатель, элемент информационной структуры объекта, указывающий, в каком виде запоминается та или иная информация (например, в массиве записи или файле). обратившись к дескриптору, программа получает возможность интерпретировать характеризуемые им данные. дешифратор (декодер) [decjder] - логическая схема, преобразующая nразрядное входное двоичное слово (код, шифр) в единичный сигнал на одном из 2n выходов этой схемы. обратную функцию выполняет шифратор.
- Выделенное слово (или сочетание), которое для понимающей тексты на естественном языке системы служит маркером. этот маркер входит в левые части правил вывода, секвенций или продукций. при появлении маркера соответствующее правило срабатывает. д. выбирается из специального словаря и ему искусственно придается смысловая однозначность, позволяющая с его помощью обозначать класс (синонимичных) понятий.
