Fringing, commonly associated with less expensive lenses, describes the “bleeding” of color along the edges of high-contrast portions of a digital image. fringing often shows up as cyan blurring on one side of a high-contrast object, complemented by red or magenta blurring on the opposite side of the object.

(кто находится в легком опьянении, тому в явлении ничего не является, напротив, явление получает исключительную силу и полноту существования.) явление сущих в себе вещей на психофизическом уровне, означающее, что оно становится отражением, есть не что иное, как само познание, рассматриваемое известным образом в плане объекта. «я познаю нечто» и «нечто является мне» – два выражения, обозначающие одно и то же отношение между субъектом и объектом (см. видимость). противоположность между явлением и сущим-в-себе выступает наиболее резко в инд. философии (см. шанкара); в европейской мысли эта противоположность выступает в христианстве в противопоставлении посюстороннего и потустороннего и выражает собой определенный, не только теоретический, скепсис; см. также иллюзионизм, феноменализм.

Image resolution as expressed in horizontal and vertical pixel count (e.g., 1600 x 1200 pixels is the absolute resolution, and is also expressed as 2.1 megapixels (mp), having more than 2,000,000 pixels on its sensor).
Flash sync, английский
- Flash sync is used to describe either the connection point where you plug an external electronic flash into your camera (usually a pc port or the camera`s hot shoe), or the fastest shutter speed at which your camera can “sync” with an external flash. most dslrs have top sync speeds of 1/125th to 1/320th-second, although some camera/flash combinations can be synced at speeds of up to 1/15,000th-second. for more on this subject, see the explora article, “the b&h speedlight buyer’s guide.”
- Simply put is the synchronization of the firing of an electronic flash and the shutter speed. you need to know what shutter speed your camera syncs at, otherwise if you shoot too fast a shutter speed you may get a partially illuminated image. for most cameras that is around 1/200th of a second, but it can be adjusted if you have a flash that can be set for fast speeds. slang and photography jargon here’s a few other terms that are a bit more advanced, and even completely made up jargon. become familiar with them so you can walk among the pros with confidence!
