Отгрузочная спецификация, русский
Товаросопроводительный документ, содержащий перечень всех видов и сортов товаров, входящих в данную партию товара, с указанием места, количества и рода каждого товара. если партия товара состоит из отдельных грузовых мест, составляется поместная отгрузочная спецификация. отгрузочная спецификация является неотъемлемым приложением к договору купли-продажи или договору поставки. обычно дополняет счет на поставку товаров разных сортов и наименований.
